Dundrum Town Centre has announced a vegan pop up food truck will operate in its grounds for the next four months.
Thanks Plants, which offer customers vegan lunch options and promotes plant-based eating, opened on Monday in the shopping centre grounds. The company celebrated the new venture by offering their first 30 customers free packs of plant-based sausages.
The opening hours for the food truck are 10-8 on Monday-Thursday and 10-9.30 for the weekend period. It will remain open until the end of January.

The owners wrote on Instagram: “The Thanks Plants food truck will be setting up shop in Pembroke Square, Dundrum, from tomorrow, October 1 , until the end of January! Super proud to be here for the next four months.”
The company also confirmed on social media that they were looking for full and part time staff to work in the Dundrum food truck. However, a height limit is in place for potential candidates as the headroom in the van is too low for anyone exceeding 5 foot 9.
Thanks Plants is also stocked in several locations such as the Dublin Food Co-op in Kilmainham, The Fresh Market in Clontarf and select Supervalu, Tesco and Spar stores.
