GURUGRAM: In order to address the growing complaints of the construction and demolition (C&D) waste lying across the city, MCG commissioner has directed the officials to ensure that the waste is collected from these points and dumped at the designated spots near the Basai plant.
The MCG officials said that the private firm, which operates Basai plant, can collect C&D waste only within 15 km radius as per their agreement, so the MCG staff will be provided trolleys to collect this waste and dump at the designated points falling in the 15km radius of the Basai plant so that the private firm can take this waste to the C&D plant.
