Dublin singer Siva Kaneswaran has been announced as one of the stars set to don a pair of skates in the new year on Dancing On Ice.
The popstar, from Blanchardstown, was a member of boyband The Wanted who had huge success in the 2010's with singles like Glad You Came and Chasing The Sun. The 33 year old's participation in the competition show was announced during today's Good Morning Britain.
Siva was the final celebrity to be added to the show's star-studded line-up. Others who are set to take part in Dancing On Ice 2023 include Michelle Heaton, drag queen and TV personality The Vivienne, actress and DJ Patsy Palmer, footballer John Fashanu, Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu, Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson, Coronation Street actress Mollie Gallagher, The Only Way Is Essex star Joey Essex, comedian Darren Harriott and Hollyoaks star Carley Stenson.

The Wanted announced their hiatus in 2014, which saw Siva go on to write the UK song You’re Not Alone for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2016. He also competed on Celebrity Hunted with his bandmate Jay McGuiness and released his debut single Breathe In in September 2019.
"I am trying to be positive about it, and not have a fearful mindset," said of his Dancing On Ice challenge.
"I am looking forward to meeting all the crew. I am quite competitive but not to the point where it is unhealthy. I also want to try and focus on the joy of it."
He also said that he's doing the series for his late friend, Tom Parker, who passed away earlier this year aged 33 after battling a brain tumour. When Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley asked Siva how he is coping following Tom's passing, he revealed: "To be honest, I'm just living day by day.
"Sometimes it's very difficult. Mostly I look back and smile.
"He taught me so much about life and not to be afraid - that's one of the reasons I am doing the show. He had a positive attitude for the future - that's one of the gifts he has given me, that he has given us all."
