Good morning, folks! If you have plans for this June bank holiday weekend then there's some good news in store.
Dry conditions are set to prevail as Dublin will bask in sunshine this long weekend. However, temperatures will see a slight blip as it'll be milder than usual.
Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather said: "Heading to the beach this weekend? Well bring the jumper if heading east and the short sleeves if heading west but bring the sunscreen regardless. That east-to-northeast wind isn’t going anywhere."

Hayfever sufferers have been warned to watch out as pollen levels will be high today and tomorrow. Additionally, wearing sunscreen is of utmost importance as UV levels will be high today and tomorrow.
Today will be largely sunny in Dublin though there will be some cloud. The highest temperatures will be around 15 to 17 degrees.
Tonight will be dry with mostly clear skies, although some localised fog will develop. Temperatures will hit the lows of 7 to 11 degrees.
Tomorrow will be dry and mild again with plenty of sunshine and some cloud. The temperatures will be around 17 to 20 degrees.
There is no further forecast for Dublin but here's what the national outlook says:
Saturday night
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Dry and clear overnight. Temperatures not falling below 8 to 12 degrees. Some mist and fog patches will develop in light easterly breezes.
Sunday
"Mostly sunny and dry with just some patchy cloud at times. A stray light shower couldn't be ruled out in the north. Highest temperatures ranging from 18 degrees in the east to 24 or 25 degrees in the west and southwest with light to moderate easterly winds.
Sunday night
"Another dry night with mostly clear skies. Temperatures not falling below 8 to 12 degrees. There's a possibility of some fog patches developing again in light breezes.
Bank holiday Monday
"Largely dry and sunny though cloud will build at times bringing the chance of isolated light showers, most likely in the north. Noticeably milder in the east than previous day as highest temperatures will range from 19 or 20 degrees in the north and east to 25 degrees in the west and southwest, all in mostly light easterly breezes."
