Met Eireann have warned that the bad weather spell is not over as hail and thundery downpours will possibly hit Dublin today.
They have forecast largely dry conditions in the capital this morning but said it will become wetter in the afternoon and evening with occasional outbreaks of rain or showers. There is a chance of some hail and thundery downpours as well.
It will stay quite cool with highs of around 10 or 11 degrees. Variable winds, mainly light to moderate in strength, though it will remain blustery at times near the coast.
