Met Eireann's monthly forecast for May has predicted a bit of a washout for almost the entire month.
The grim forecast follows changeable weather over the Easter weekend which left a lot to be desired for many people across the country.
From May 2 - May 8, Met Eireann forecasts that unsettled weather will move in from the Atlantic with "above-average precipitation for most areas...and potential hazards or warnings couldn’t be ruled out."
