Dublin weather: Met Eireann forecasts cold snap as polar airflow to bring frost and rain

It's set to be another cool, overcast day with lingering frost and icy patches in place.

Met Eireann forecasters are predicting that the cold weather will continue into next week with a polar airflow to bring wind, rain and frost.

Today will see any frost and mist patches will quickly clear to leave a "dry and mostly sunny morning", but cloud will increase though the afternoon becoming generally overcast by evening with outbreaks of rain spreading from the northwest.
