Weather experts have warned that a system developing in the Atlantic could bring Ireland's first storm of the season in the middle of next week.
Weather Alerts Ireland said on Facebook on Thursday that for the first time in a long time that there is a "risk of a storm. They said: "Lots of the models forecasting this storm to impact Ireland next Tuesday into Wednesday.
"From this mornings models the ECMWF, UKMO and the ICON model are in some agreement that the system will impact Ireland. A very interesting weekend of forecasts coming up! A chance of the first storm of the season being named.... in April," they added.

Meanwhile, Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather also shared photos of some concerning weather models for Ireland next week, with a low system looking likely to form and hit next Tuesday. He wrote: "Weather models struggling to get a handle on next week with jet stream moving over us and possible firing up a low system.
"However the track and details are chopping and changing a lot as these last 3 model updates show." He added that added that showers will try and "push into the west" during the Easter Bank Holiday this weekend.
In addition, Met Eireann has warned of a miserable forecast for the bank holiday weekend, with plenty of rain on the way.
Tonight will be dry and quite old with some patches of mist and fog. The lowest temperatures will be around 2 or 3 degrees.
Tomorrow will be largely dry with hazy spells of sunshine and the highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees. there is no further forecast for Dublin but here's what the national outlook says:
Friday night
"A dry start with clear spells but cloud will thicken from the west overnight with outbreaks of rain and drizzle developing in western and southwestern counties towards morning. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 9 degrees, coldest in the northeast, in light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Saturday
"Becoming generally cloudy and wet with outbreaks of rain spreading eastwards across the country. The rain will be most persistent in the west and southwest, with some dry spells in the east and northeast. Highest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Saturday night
"Cloudy with lingering patches of rain and drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Easter Sunday
"A dull day with patchy rain and drizzle in the morning. More persistent rain will push into western areas by afternoon, spreading eastwards across the country through the day. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees in moderate to fresh southerly winds."
