Met Eireann have forecast a "cool and crisp" start to the weekend in Dublin but warned that unsettled conditions are on the way over the coming days.
Today, any mist and fog will clear in Dublin to make way for a largely dry day with spells of hazy sunshine. Conditions will "feel fresh" with highest temperatures of 14 or 15 degrees in a light northerly or variable breeze.
Tonight, temperatures will plummet to lows of 4 to 6 degrees in the capital. it will remain dry with a few mist and fog patches developing.
