Dublin restaurant wins award for 'Best Pizza in Ireland'

A Dublin restaurant has been crowned as the number one venue for serving the best pizza in Ireland.

Little Pyg in the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre in Dublin city centre won the honour at the Top Pizza Europe Awards 2023 in Barcelona on Wednesday night. The popular restaurant bar came 27th in Europe.

Little Pyg already boasts Ireland’s only Michelin Guide pizzas. In fact, each of their chefs is sent to Italy for one year, to train under the top pizza chef in the world, the "Godfather of Pizza" Enzo Coccia.
