Dublin Pride terminates media partnership with RTE over 'unacceptable, triggering and extremely harmful' discussions on Joe Duffy's Liveline

The organisers of the Dublin Pride festival have terminated their media partnership with RTE.

The broadcaster has since been removed from the event's website after organisers said they were "angered and disappointed" by "unacceptable, triggering and extremely harmful anti-trans" discussions on Joe Duffy's Liveline on RTE Radio One.

In a statement on Twitter, the organisers said: "Effective immediately, Dublin Pride is announcing the termination of our media partnership with RTE.
