A Dublin mum is facing eviction with her two children from their home in the north of the city and says they will have to sleep in a van because they can't find alternative accommodation.
The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, said that she was contacted by her landlord’s son over the phone on August 10 and was handed the eviction notice on September 1 for the property she was renting.
She explained that her former landlady passed away in March of last year and that the her son has decided to sell the house, giving the Dublin mother a notice to vacate the house by May 1, 2023.
