Dublin man 'screaming, crying, throwing up' at price of Spar deli breakfast roll

A Dublin man took to Twitter to share his disbelief at being charged over €7 for a breakfast roll in a local Spar deli.

The picture of the roll shows the sandwich, which contained 9 fillings, coming to a total of exactly €7.10.

Twitter user Leebonnie2707 simply said: "Screaming crying throwing up."

Adding in the replies: "It wasn’t 9 fillings. There was 9 items. 2 sausages, 2 rashers, 2 pudding, 2 eggs and a hash brown which is pretty standard hahaha."

The tweet has been liked thousands of times with many agreeing the price was far above what people would expect.

However, others weren't convinced, one replied: "9 fillings though, that's practically a slaughterhouse."

Another said: "Works out at just under 80 cent an item..? How much do you think it should be ...seems about right to me."

While another added: "Bonnie are you for real the weight of that like €7.10 is justified hahahaah."

What do you think? Is the price justified? And how much would you pay for a breakfast roll?
