A Dublin man who died in a crash in Oregon, USA has been named as Daniel Slattery.
The 23-year-old was killed when his car flipped over and burst into flames. The Rathgar man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Daniel's 24-year-old friend from Crumlin remains in a critical condition after the crash. Hillsboro Police said it happened at 4.31am on Sunday on the edge of the town and close to Highway 26.

Police received reports of a rollover single car crash near Tanasbourne Drive and Stucki Avenue.
Their statement read: "When Officers arrived, they discovered the vehicle on its top and fully engulfed on fire. One patient was extricated by Officers and transported to a local hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
"A second occupant was deceased. The cause of the crash is unknown."
It is understood that both men were living and working in the US.
