As many as 600 Indeed employees in Dublin have been told their jobs are at risk as the credit crunch continues to impact the tech sector.
The online recruitment company announced on Wednesday that around 15% of their global workforce, or 2,200 people, will lose their jobs. Indeed employs 1,400 people in Ireland with an office just off St Stephen's Green in the city centre and another in the Dockands.
While 600 were told they may lose their job, the Business Post reports that around 200 jobs are expected to be cut. It comes as Amazon, Accenture and Workhuman also announced job cuts this week.
