South Dublin County Council are hiring a plumber and a painter and decorator.
Both roles are 39 hour per week contracts with overtime offered as required. Applications close in two weeks' time.

Plumber
Plumbers will be required to maintain and repair systems of water supply, drainage and central heating in houses and other locations.
Candidates must have a Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Plumbing by Solas and have three years direct experience of plumbing following their apprenticeship. They must also possess a full, unendorsed category B licence and have a current SafePass card.
Wages start from €672.64 with a maximum salary of €785.42 per week, excluding relevant allowances. Annual leave entitlement is 25 days.

Painter and decorator
Painters and decorators are being sought by the Council to "apply paint coatings, wall coverings and other materials internally and externally".
Candidates must have been awarded a Level Six national Craft Certificate- Painting and Decorating by QQI formally FETAC. They must also have three years of direct experience in painting and decorating following their apprenticeship.
