A house in Stillorgan has been left destroyed following a major blaze on Thursday.
The derelict house, located on the N11 Stillorgan Dual Carriageway, burst into flames shortly before noon and firefighters rushed to the scene.
Two traffic lanes and a cycle lane were closed to allow Dublin Fire Brigade to fight the blaze. Three pumps, an aerial ladder and a water tanker were needed at the scene to help bring the fire under control.
