Dublin homes for sale: Five properties on the market for under €250,000

Househunting can be one of the most stressful moments of your life especially if you're on a tight budget.

The rising cost of living has put extra pressure on people struggling to save up for a deposit. Add to it the exorbitant rents which can turn the idea of owning a home in Dublin into nothing more than a distant dream.

We had a look through MyHome.ie for some of the cheaper homes in Dublin and found a number of apartments and houses on sale for under €250,000. While some are in turnkey conditions, others may require a few upgrades to transform them into beautiful family homes.

Here is a list of five properties that are currently on sale for under €250,000 in Dublin:
