The south city centre accommodation is currently on the market for €170,000. While 50 Fingal Street comes with a low price tag, it is in need of a total refurbishment, according to the listing.

The terraced cottage needs to be fully renovated so it's perfect for people who like to dive into home improvement projects. There are also renovation grants of up to €70,000 available for suitable properties.
