"We are bursting with dogs," they said. "We have so many lovely dogs that just need a second chance. Please please consider adopting if you are interested in getting a dog.

"Dogs are a 10+ year commitment so remember that when thinking of getting one."

They also appealed to rescues who have any capacity to take even one dog to contact them.

"If you are interested in adopting any of our dogs please contact us on 087 391 4008, WhatsApp message, Facebook messenger or Instagram," the group said. "Please keep sharing our posts we need to find homes for our dogs!"
