Dublin Bus jobs: Clerical officer role available with amazing perks

Dublin Bus has a hybrid job available with amazing perks for the employee.

The largest public transport provider in Ireland is on the hunt for clerical officers who will work on a six month fixed term contract.

The job has the opportunity to get a permanent contract of employment and salary starts at €21,048.71 per annum.

Employees also have the option of working from home, depending on their location.

Employee duties include:

  • Provide customers with information on service changes, departure times, route changes, fare/ ticket range and prices
  • Provide support for employee travel facilities, employee cycle to work and Visual Display Unit (VDU) requests
  • Monitor social media sites during dedicated hours and respond appropriately and timely to customer queries and comments
  • Acknowledge and reply to all customer queries and complaints with reference to NTA guidelines
  • Daily check and maintaining of bus sign off sheets
  • Dealing with payroll queries on CoreHR systems
