Dubai Culture signs deal with Spotify to bring more local music to UAE listeners

In a move that signals a new chapter for the Middle East’s music scene, the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has signed a first-of-its-kind Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Spotify. The agreement was inked in the presence of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture, highlighting the high-level commitment to transforming the emirate into a global hub for creativity.
