Dua Lipa, the British-Albanian pop superstar, was awarded Kosovo citizenship on 1 August 2025 in Pristina, receiving the honour from President Vjosa Osmani during an emotional ceremony. She later celebrated at the Sunny Hill Festival, which she co-founded, sharing affectionate snapshots with her fiancé, actor Callum Turner.
In a widely shared Instagram carousel, the couple are seen cuddled up at the festival shortly after Lipa's naturalisation was confirmed. One striking photo captures her sitting on Turner's lap, mid-kiss, following her official grant of citizenship.
