Dua Lipa has said she is learning to be “good with being alone” just five months after her break up from model Anwar Hadid.

She dated the younger brother of models Gigi and Bella Hadid for two years before they decided to call time on their romance.

The Levitating singer, 26, split from the 22-year-old last December.

In a new interview with Vogue, the singer revealed her plans to focus on herself in the next phase of her life.

Appearing on the June/July cover issue, she said: “The next chapter of my life is about truly being good with being alone.”

The pop star hit back at the online reaction to her being photographed enjoying a dinner for one at a restaurant.

She added: “Some people on the internet were like, ‘Oh, Dua went out for dinner on her own, blah blah, I do this all the time.’ And I think that’s amazing if you do it all the time. You must be so confident

“But it was a big step for me. I was nervous—like, what am I gonna do?”

She went on to tell the magazine about her plans for a solo outing to the cinema.

“I want to know I can just be there for myself, you know?” She concluded.
