Prior to the event, Lipa released her latest single 'Training Season' from her upcoming third studio album. The music video portrays her fed up with unsatisfactory dating experiences, symbolizing the end of her 'training season' in relationships.
In a press release, Lipa expressed her inspiration for the song, highlighting her growth from each dating encounter. The video features her in an edgy black leather jacket and white blouse, rejecting advances from numerous suitors in a coffee house setting.
Earlier in February, Lipa attended the 2024 Grammys accompanied by her father. She wowed in a custom silver Courrèges dress with intricate details, accessorized with jewelry from Tiffany & Co. Lipa described her red carpet look as empowering and likened herself to Joan of Arc, exuding strength and confidence.
