A drunken Navy chief has been fined for groping a female recruit.
Petty Officer Lee O'Donnell drunkenly stared at the woman's chest, telling her she was 'fit' before saying he would like to put her in a handstand and lick her 'up and down' and also placed his hand on her leg.
The married sailor's 'crude' behaviour left his alleged victim questioning whether the Navy was the 'right place' for her, a court martial was told.
