A drunk driver flipped his car onto its roof before being found by police four times over the legal limit.
Forth Valley Road Policing officers were called to the scene near Larbert on Saturday, June 4 after the motor was found on its roof on top of a hedge.
A 51-year-old male driver was the only occupant of the car and suffered only minor injuries.
However, he was found to have a reading of 74 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, almost four times the legal limit of 22.
A spokesperson for Forth Valley Road Police said online: "ForthValleyRP attended a 1 vehicle RTC near Larbert earlier.
"The 51 year old male driver was drunk.
"He was arrested and now faces the prospect of a 12 month driving ban, fine and associated effects on his social and work life."
