A man from Perth and two others from Liverpool have been sentenced to serve a total of five years and four months in prison following a probe that ended in police seizing almost £80,000 worth of heroin and more than £48,000 in cash.
The trio were arrested and charged following an intelligence-led investigation into what police last week termed as a “serious and organised” crime group operating within the Perth area.
George William Wallace Crone (36) of Newhouse Road, Perth plus accomplices Maximillian Donovan (25) and Blayne Gray (23) pled guilty at Perth Sheriff Court to using so-called county lines tactics to supply drugs between the two cities.
