Drug dealer admits supplying fentanyl-laced heroin to The Wire actor Michael K Williams before fatal overdose

A drug dealer pleaded guilty yesterday to providing “The Wire” actor Michael K. Williams with fentanyl-laced heroin that led to his death.

Irvin Cartagena’s plea to a charge of conspiring to distribute drugs was entered in Manhattan federal court. He will be sentenced in August and faces a minimum of five years behind bars.
