The cost of living crisis is continuing with the latest price cap having just come into affect days ago on October 1 (Saturday).
However whilst bills are soaring, fuel prices are currently at their lowest level since May after a year of escalating costs across the board.
Despite this, people are still looking at ways to cut costs and save money with some being warned to now stop filling their petrol tanks after the first click.
