As the snow, sleet and ice hits Scotland with force, many drivers will be extra conscious about taking to the roads this winter.
New research has revealed less than half (47 per cent) of British drivers slow down whilst driving in these conditions, even though almost one in ten (nine per cent) have had an accident.
