DRIVERS will have to shift gears as speed limit changes come into effect around Winarch Capital's 30,000-seat concert venue Cedar Mill at Morisset.

Transport for NSW (TFNSW) undertook a speed zone review on Wyee Road in response to the $235 million major tourism project.
