Driver ‘under the influence of drugs’ arrested after pedestrian killed in west London

A man aged in his 20s has been arrested for driving whilst under the influence of drugs after a pedestrian was killed in a collision involving a Mercedes in west London.

Metropolitan Police were called to Harrow Road near Royal Oak Underground Station just before 4am on Sunday.
