A motorist successfully argued his way out of a driving ban despite being caught speeding five times in 14 minutes on a stretch of road.
Darrel Chapman had been on his way to a friend’s house when he passed an average speed camera at 50mph.
Thinking the road was a 40mph zone he slowed to 39mph.
