A driver who was hit with an almost £100 parking fine for being 13 minutes over the allowed parking time says he will never step foot in the car park again.
Kevin Poxon, a bus driver from Broxtowe, received a fine from the car park at Lidl, Beechdale Road, on Thursday January 27
The 41-year-old overstayed the free parking limit by 13 minutes while he took his disabled father in law and mother in law out for drinks and shopping at the retail park.
