Prince Harry has discussed a tense exchange between his wife Meghan Markle and his sister-in-law Kate over Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress.
The Duke of Sussex claimed the incident was mostly fuelled by Kate, who was insulted that she had to wait a day to hear back from Meghan about the 'offending' piece of clothing ahead of the 2018 Royal wedding. He also claimed in his new book, Spare, that Kate didn't find Meghan's suggestion of bringing the dress to a tailor at Kensington Palace sufficient enough, instead stating that "all the dresses need to be remade".
As the big day drew near, Harry said Meghan became increasingly more stressed while juggling issues with Charlotte's dress and the controversy surrounding her father, Thomas Markle. He adds that she eventually ended up "sobbing on the floor", the Mirror reports.
