Dreamy house in village from The Holiday goes on sale - but it doesn't come cheap

The village of Shere in the Surrey Hills, is a chocolate box dream, with cute houses and plenty of picturesque countryside.

It also just so happens to be one of the locations used when filming the 2006 rom-com, The Holiday starring Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black.

Winslet's character Iris had a cottage near the village, and Amanda (Diaz) was seen driving into Shere to go shopping and drinking in the local pub.
