Draymond Green is never short on confidence. The confrontational forward has been successful throughout his career, winning four NBA championships as a core cog in one of the league’s greatest dynasties. As such, the Golden State Warriors forward is consistently bullish on his team’s chances of adding to their trophy haul.
During a recent interview with Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN, Green revealed his belief that the Warriors are unbreakable. Green’s words come just a few months after Golden State was eliminated from the NBA playoffs by the Los Angeles Lakers. However, Mike Dunleavy and the front office have been busy revamping the team’s roster during the offseason.

Despite the Warriors’ success over the past decade, they’ve dealt with their fair share of issues. Klay Thompson missed two years of basketball with back-to-back injuries. Green was involved in an altercation with teammate Jordan Poole. And Steve Kerr has been questioned over his ability to develop young talent, most notably big man James Wiseman and athletic forward Jonathan Kuminga.
However, Golden State always finds a way to jell and be among the best teams in the NBA. As such, Green’s confidence and swagger aren’t misplaced. The veteran knows his teammates will put in the hard miles during training camp, and once the season begins, everything will be about winning their fifth championship ring.
