One of the things that has always annoyed me about Windows 11 (and even older versions) is how precise you have to be just to move a window around the desktop. Every single time I wanted to drag an app, I had to aim for the tiny title bar at the top.
On Windows 11, this problem feels even worse with modern apps. For example, the Settings app doesn't mark the title bar, so there's no visual cue telling you where to click and drag the window.
