In an Instagram post, the stall holder explained to his followers how he came to join the Barras. In a post back in April of this year he wrote: "I decided to quit my job as a research scientist and take up photography full time (best decision ever) and have been selling my work in various shops here in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as trade at various weekend markets.
"One of the permanent weekend markets is at @barras_market where you can find a whole library of my work along with a conversation about the story behind each image. Barras feels like home to me and the traders here are so helpful and friendly. I look forward to every weekend when I can go back there and start meeting new people and talk about my work. It’s easy to find me. My unit is right below the big Barrowland sign which is hard to miss."
