Dr DisRespect, whose real name is Herschel “Guy,” has once again taken aim at Nickmercs, this time during a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 Beta livestream. On August 24, 2026, a 42-second clip from the stream was posted on X by @veizau. The moment came after a viewer asked the streamer if he had noticed the in-game appearances of other popular creators. Dr DisRespect mentioned TimTheTatman first, then wondered if Nickmercs was also in the game. The conversation quickly turned personal. Dr DisRespect called Nickmercs a “wannabe tough guy” and “phony” before making a gesture that appeared to suggest hitting him in the face. He also said he would continue calling Nickmercs out while they remained in the same “arena.” The comments have added another heated moment to the relationship between the two gaming personalities.
