PATNA: State road constriction minister Nitin Nabin on Monday said the detailed project report (DPR) of five railway over bridges (ROBs), which will come up at different places in the state, have been made ready and the government was working closely with the railways to complete the required processes for other ROBs.
While replying to a question raised by RJD MLC Ramchandra Purbey in the legislative council, Nabin said the state government and the railways had reached an agreement in 2019 to construct 62 ROBs in Bihar instead of level crossings on state highways and major district roads. “Of the 62 upcoming ROBs, 51 will be made by Bihar Raj Pul Nirman Nigam Limited and 11 by Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited,” he added.
