Downtown L.A. Residential Hotel Closed by City, Leaving Some Tenants Homeless

In late July, Los Angeles city inspectors slapped a notice to vacate on the 120-year-old St. George Hotel, saying the property was “substandard, unsafe, unsanitary, and dangerous.”
