Ryan Paganetti helped bridge the gap between analytics and coaching with the #Eagles, was Doug Pederson's game management guru and played a significant role in the new Jaguars coach's aggressiveness in Philly.

Another former long-time Eagles assistant is joining Doug Pederson in Jacksonville, as Ryan Paganetti has been hired to the position of the director of coaching analytics role with the Jaguars.
Paganetti was hired by the Eagles as an analyst in 2015 and retained the same role in Pederson’s first season with Philadelphia in 2016.
According to Jeff McLane of The Inquirer, Paganetti’s main role with the Eagles’ analytics department was to assist head coach Doug Pederson in “making data-informed game decisions.”
That role literally spearheaded Pederson’s aggressive approach in Philadelphia and he’ll take his gambling style down to Jacksonville.
