A Black Country industrial estate is fully let after a brace of lease deals were signed.
The last two remaining units on Saltbrook Trading Estate, in Halesowen, have been let to Oakes Leisure and existing tenant Ferre UK which has taken an additional unit.
Oakes sells toys, sweets and other products to the leisure industry and fairground operators while Ferre UK manufactures and sells ovens, hobs and kitchen appliances.
