A new East Kilbride business park is almost full after securing two more tenants.
Knight Property Group made a double deal for Langlands Commercial Park leaving only two units remaining.
Electrical & Technical Services Ltd (ETS) has agreed a ten-year lease and RGM Vent a five-year lease for Units 1E and 1F respectively, with each unit extending to 2,500 sq ft.
ETS offers electrical and technical services for domestic, commercial and industrial projects throughout Scotland.
The company was established in 2015 and has moved to Langlands from a smaller unit at Strathclyde Business Centre.
Calum Hunter, owner and director of ETS, told Lanarkshire Live : "We are now well established at Langlands, which is the perfect base for our expanding business, offering excellent communication links."
Meanwhile, Northern Irish ductwork, ventilation and specialist fabrication company, RGM Vent has opened its first base in Scotland.
Established in 2004, the company offers design, manufacturing and installation expertise across the UK and Ireland, servicing both public and private sector organisation.
Raymond Murphy, joint director of RGM Vent, said: "Quality space and excellent communication links were the key drivers for selecting this location for our first Scottish base."
Howard Crawshaw, managing director of Knight Property Group, added: "We are very proud of the development at Langlands, which continues to attract successful businesses to the Lanarkshire area.
"These deals reinforce our ongoing strategy of developing quality speculative space in prime industrial locations across Scotland’s central belt."
Langlands Commercial Park (Phase 1) is a new 10-unit speculative industrial development facility.
Each unit offers 2,500 sq ft of industrial space, with single office and toilet facilities, along with electrically operated roller shutter doors, 6.74m external eaves height and ample car parking.
It's located within the well-established Kelvin South and Langlands industrial areas of East Kilbride, next to Sainsbury’s logistics facility.
Ryden and GM Brown are joint agents for Knight Property Group at Langlands Commercial Park.
