As per the latest filings with the Federal Election Commission, Trump transformed his primary campaign committee, 'Donald J. Trump for President 2024, Inc.,' into a leadership PAC named 'Never Surrender, Inc.' on November 12.

They can be established by federal candidates or officeholders either in addition to a traditional campaign committee or as a substitute for one. These PACs enable individuals to raise funds and allocate them to support allies or other political causes.

'Never Surrender, Inc.' marks the second leadership PAC under Trump's control, alongside the 'Save America' leadership PAC that he established shortly after the 2020 election. The latter was utilized by Trump to cover substantial legal expenses arising from various legal challenges he encountered post his term in office.
