Manchester United fans are keeping the faith with Amad after the young winger sent a timely reminder out on loan with Rangers.
The 19-year-old came off the bench to score the Glasgow outfit’s second in a 2-0 win over Dundee United at Ibrox, and delay Celtic’s title celebrations. Amad struck after James Tavernier’s penalty to leave Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s team six points off their city rivals with two games remaining.
Amad has so far endured a torrid time up in Scotland, with his loan away from Old Trafford not going to plan as he’s found himself out of favour for much of his spell. The teenager though was handed a late cameo against Celtic last weekend, before being given more time to impress after making his entrance at half-time against Dundee United.

And the former Atalanta star’s introduction provided Rangers with the impetus they needed to cap off a sensational week, having booked their place in the Europa League final just days previously. The winger wrapped up the hosts’ win with 12 minutes to go, and ensured the title race will at least run until Wednesday.
Amad is highly rated at Old Trafford, although his struggles while out on his first loan had caused a few doubts to creep in over his future with the club. Having seen him make a return to form though, United fans remain hopeful for him heading into the summer.
Amad will return to Old Trafford at the end of the season, by which time he will hope to have been given more opportunities during Rangers final few games. The Ibrox outfit finish their league campaign against Ross County and Hearts this week, before facing Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League final and Hearts again in the Scottish Cup final next week.
