Dominic Calvert-Lewin is not in the Everton squad as the Blues seek their first Premier League win of the campaign against West Ham United.
The 25-year-old missed the first six games after picking up what Frank Lampard described as a "freak" knee injury on the eve of the opening match with Chelsea. It had been hoped he would return today and Lampard said he was in contention for the squad at his pre-match press conference on Friday. But the striker is set to miss out again.
Instead Neal Maupay leads the line for the second game in a row, supported by Anthony Gordon and Demarai Gray as Lampard looks set to stick with a 4-3-3.
