Dolphins star Tyreek Hill is currently pursuing the NFL record for most receiving yards in a single season, earning MVP consideration and helping his team pursue a top seed in the AFC and a possible Super Bowl run.
However, off-the-field developments threaten to become a distraction during the final weeks of the regular season, the postseason and beyond.
Hill is named in two separate paternity suits, each filed by a woman accusing him of not financially supporting the child, the Daily Mail reported Thursday.
One of the women is seeking more than the $2,500 per month Hill allegedly offered to support her child, calling the amount “woefully inadequate” from a football star who signed a four-year, $120 million contract before last season. The other accuses him of showing “utter and abject unconcern” for the welfare of her baby girl.
Hill, 29, married his longtime fiancée in November after a two-year engagement. This is his second season with the Dolphins after a six-year stint with the Chiefs.
